Sound problem in windows7 32 bit pc

Jul 19, 2012
I have windows7 32 bit PC with intel DG31PR desktopboard wich support Realtek H.D audio driver which is installed properly of latest version.
Every thing was okay in my system, but now no sound is coming from my computer since 2 weeks.

I don't know what actually hapend even i didnt make any change in hardware or software or windows in my system.

To resolve this problem I reinstalled audio driver, updated chipset driver but no responce. after that i format the O.S but still no sound.
I checked everything of speaker and headphone is plugged properly.
please help me what should i do...
Double click the speaker icon in the lower right hand of the desktop, this will bring up the mixer, or single click to bring up the volume control.

Open the realtek software and check all the audio settings
Open and check the settings of the computer volume control and audio mixer
Try connecting the front panel headphone jack to the speakers, or try connecting the rear audio jack to the speakers. (there are usually at least two audio jacks)
But in case the volume is missing, corrupted, or the audio is otherwise non-functional:
you check whichever audio was installed:
click start, control panel, add remove programs, look at the list...
which audio software is shown on the list? delete it, restart the computer.

now visit the motherboard manufacturer or computer manufacturer's website
look up your computer drivers by model number
download the latest audio drivers, save on the desktop...
turn the antivirus off,
if you have multiple security programs installed, turn them all off
(your driver may not install if security systems are turned on)
now load your new audio driver, restart, turn the antivirus back on.
