Question Sound problems, getting a Code 10 on my driver and my headphones don't work

I don't know what topic which forum to put this under, and I have no idea what's going on, but my sound drivers are not working, I can't install sound drivers from my motherboard manufacturer's site or any realtek drivers, otherwise my computer bluescreens with a message saying RTKVHD64.sys has stopped working. The NVIDIA sound drivers for my computer monitor speakers are working, but the quality is garbage and I want to use my headphones as to not disturb my entire family at night. Realtek Sound Drivers aren't showing up in Device Manager and one of the High Def Audio Controllers is getting the code 10. I've tried completely wiping my drive and reinstalling Windows before and it didn't work. Pls help
