Sound problems with win7 and asus motherboard

Hello,
I have a m2n-sli Deluxe Asus motherboard but windows 7 says my line in and my frontside mic jack are not available. It also wont take any imput from my mic if I use the screaming bee program. Is this a driver problem? Where can I find Asus m2n sli deluxe driver updates for windows 7?

Are the front jacks plugged in on the motherboard headers? If so go to Asus and download the correct drivers.
