Sound stopped working

It says my device is enabled and fully functional but it's not, there is no sound. Windows seems to think it's working but it's not. It was working two days ago and then I turned the PC off and today I turned it back on and suddenly the sound is not working. I have tried uninstalling the device, restarting the pc 2 times, pluging it in and out. Nothing seems to work.

If you go to Sound>Playback, look and make sure the device you want is set to default. You can also right click it and hit test to ensure it is working properly.

If you go to the properties of the device, is it muted? The volume should also be turned up as well if it isnt.

It's not muted and the sound is on 100%. I pluged in my apple headphones and the sound works on them.
