Question Sound turning of random, then starts again

Hello im going nuts with my problem. My sound is turning off randomly when i watch youtube or playing games. It shuts off, then with in 2-6 secounds it turns back on, Then after arround 20 sec it shuts it self of again and repating this.. I'ts so annoying, who came up with this feature. This is beyond stupid! Hope some of you guys know what it is.

I have a steelseries artic pro and a sound blaster x sound card, Isnt ther anyone that are familiar with my problem?

Hello! I have some problems with my sound. everything works fine with my desktop speakers. but something crazy happens when I use my headset. the sound disappears. For example, if I check YouTube ... The sound gets lower and lower until it is completely silent. the sound is often turned on again if any sudden loud noise occurs. If I watch a video of people talking and everyone is completely silent, the sound is turned off, when there is low audio on the video on the video becomes completely silent. And turns back on for example if they start talking or a loud noise occur. I am using artic pro steelseries.

im dying for some help. Please guys. I will forever owe you!
