Sound turning off, windows functions not working

This started yesterday, I can use the windows searchbar ONCE, then later on it will not work until I restart my computer, I cant open the adjust menu where I change my background and windows theme. My sound is randomly turning off, I've tried different headsets so that's not the problem.

I feel that my windows is overall not working like it should, Is there a way I can go back to Windows 7 or some update I've missed? Really need some help

EDIT: I just noticed I cant play youtube videos either

since it only started yesterday, best bet is run system restore back to a time before.

Select settings, update & security, Recovery, advanced start up
This will restart pc and show a blue screen,
Select troubleshoot
Select advanced options
Select system restore

choose a date, hopefully last week, and it will reset pc back to how it was then.

I would also run a full anti virus scan, just in case.
