Sound won't work Windows 7

My audio seems to have randomly cut out, and I've looked online and nothing seems to be working, I've done the sfc/scannow which stops at 51% and doesn't fix anything, I've restarted the audio with services.msc, I've tried system restores but they won't complete and I've tried going through a desperate attempt to go through a system image restoration that dates all the way back to april 2013 but when I tried that it couldn't find it, I've gone into my sound settings disabled all enhancements and that still didn't work, and right now, I'm at a loss

BUMP. I got the sound to work through an optical cable as I am using my Mixamp and Astro A40s,which I am not happy about, but hey it works. Hope this applies to you and can help you out, but to anyone else out there, I can't stand this Mixamp much longer. HELP US OUT!
