[SOLVED] Soundbar no playing sound for 3 seconds

I have an Onn soundbar I bought from Walmart a few year back, when I hook this up to my PC it works fine but I have noticed that if I have no sound playing and then play an audio file the sound bar will not play for about 3 seconds, but after that I can play all sound without problems, but if I stop the audio for more then 3 seconds and try again I get the 3 seconds of no sound

it does it on both AUX and Bluetooth,

First thing i would do is check the device manager for your device and make sure the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked.

You can also try setting the windows power plan to High Performance
