SoundBlaster LIVE Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound

I can get this sound card oem for 35.00. Is this a decent card? I don't know anything about sound cards. I will be using this for gaming and also to connect my computer to my home theater for mp3's and to watch dvds on my tv though my computer dvd player. Im not a sound freak but I just want clear sound with dolby digital capabilities.

If you're really looking for a cheap card, then it'll work well for you. If you're willing to spend more for something better, there are other alternatives.
