Having problem with crackling and popping!!!!

Fresh install of Windows 2000
Fresh Download of Sounblaster Live!Ware

Sounblaster suggests to change DLL files to ClI , delate software redownload and install.

I am a little skeptical about this and would rather wait until fresh software is available. Has anyone had success with this??

Their downloaded drivers are the devil i have real ones ask and you may recieve.

Yes I would like to get the REAL drivers how could I get them.
