Sounds stuttering and USB-devices lagging occasionally.

I'm wondering why my sounds stutter/buzz and my USB devices (mouse) lag for a brief moment sometimes, when I open a program or a new tab on Chrome. Or a game, or Youtube-video.
Seems to have something to do with the mobo and the processor usage?

I have the latest drivers and BIOS update.

Windows memory test says nothing concerning. (Should I do some stress tests?)

This is occurring with Windows 7 AND Windows 10.

My setup:

-ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming
-Intel Skylake i5-6600K
-Kingston 8GB (2x4GB) HyperX Fury DDR4 2666 MHz
-Palit GTX 670 Jetstream

I have not overclocked anything yet!
