My TF2 (and all other source games except for CSGO) Crash whenever I load into the game and will show this error below (TF2 for example)

I built a new computer and has been over a week since this has happened, i've been trying to fix this with the following possible fixes (Verifying files, Reinstalling, Moving Folder to different Disk, Updated Graphics Drivers, Updated Motherboard Drivers, Checked if RAM was faulty, Reset PC.) Nothing has worked so far and I am starting to lose hope in my PC. If anyone can help me or spread the word that would be very much appreciated. I atleast figured out TF2 wasn't the issue, and is the engine itself causing this error.

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700k (Cooler Corsair H150I PRO).
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 FE (It's been factory overclocked and im not sure if thats the issue).
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 16x2 GB 3200.
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix z370-e Gaming.
PSU: Corsair CX750M.
Storage: 250 GB NVME M.2 SSD (OS), 1 TB M.2 SSD (TF2 and all other games), 2 TB HDD (VR Games).
OS: Windows 10 Home 64 Bit.

Please Help. :(
