Source Games completely crash my computer.

When i play Garry's Mod, after a while my discord tab, will completely be covered in black, and I can't see it anymore. If I close it, it will not re-open, and when i restart my pc, I have to turn it off by the button, because it turns off forever and then goes into a boot menu, and when I select normal startup on the bootmenu, it turns on forever.

It's only gmod and tf2, when I play csgo it's fine..
