Sp or af fans for a desk pc build

Which fans are better for a large open desk pc build at the front of the desk af or sp.

For a case AF for a heatsink or radiator use SP

Like said above pretty much. I would only use an SP fan on a heatsink, radiator, or anywhere else where I want the fan to push air through something restrictive. AF fans are better at pushing air through open unrestricted spaces.
