i downloaded sp2 quite a while ago but when i run MBSA it says i don't have
it, i have movie maker though, what should i do? Delete sp2 and re download?
any suggestions

By "downloaded", do you mean "installed"?

Do the following:

Start --> Run

WINVER

OK.

What does it say you have?

You should likely download the full installation file and run and install
it..

There's a huge difference between "downloaded" and "installed". You may well
have "downloaded" SP2 but have you actually INSTALLED it?
