Space disappeared from SSD

Greetings, I have a problem with SSD space on Lenovo ThinkPad. It's a friend's laptop, he gave it to someone to reinstall windows and after whatever that person did original 256gb ssd shrinked to 167gb. On a disk manager there aren't any unallocated space. I thought it might be an OS issue, so tried reinstalling windows. But even on partition selection window during Win8 installation only those 167gb appears. Tried running Disk Wipe from windows recovery tools, didnt help. I am out of ideas, could you help me?

What is the size of the drive listed in DISKPART?

I guess these are times where I like to have a Linux distribution on hand to get another operating system's opinion so maybe try that to see?
