Question Spam Blockers for a Landline?

We recently switched our internet to LUMOS Fibre. We also have a landline from them.​

They do not currently offer any spam-blockers for the landline.

Does anyone have any advice on getting a blocker for a landline?

yeah, unless getting fax or medical device still using landline. cell only work very well
