Spam, Help me.

Hello
i received an email titled "i love you", I decided to open the email as it didn't look like spam. as soon as i opened the email and it has sent the same email to everyone i my inbox. they open it and it does the same. its driving us MAD!
Can you help me fix it please

If the email has already distributed itself to everyone in your address book, it's too late to do anything about it. The best thing you can do is advise everyone not to open it and run a virus scan on their PCs, as should you.
