Spamm problems with tom´s harware

Hi, i having problem receiving a looooooottttts of mails from toms hardware, do anyone knows how to comfigure to stop spams? please help. I dont want to deregisters, like very much this forum.

On the left side click Settings-> Preferences-> Change your email options.

i did it, but keeping reciving, i cant stop it. i untick it all,
