Spare 1060 Gaming X

So as the title says I manage to get a 1060 gaming x and have nothing to do with it. My rig is currently still using a 980 TI Gold Edition and dont see myself swapping the cards. My question is, can I use this card in anyway on my rig. I know I cant SLI the 1060 but i really dont know what to do with it other than sell it or build a new rig.

Seeing as GPU prices are inflated right now (not so much on the 1060) I would just sell it if you are happy with current performance.
The other option is PhysX, which almost no games use anymore. Or running extra monitors, which you dont need the second card for.

I dont think I would gain any performance swapping cards. The 980 is still holding its own and still not considering upgrading. I use 2 monitors and like you said I dont need a 2nd card for that. I wouldnt mind a 2nd build since I paid $200 for it and dont see much profit for selling it. Damn shame you cant SLI this card

Is the 1060 new or used?
If you have patience, used cards are going for around 300, and new 450+

As a spare would be handy. Never know when you or friend might need it to diagnose a problem in future.
