So I just replaced my computer's mother board and cpu, and I've been running it for a couple of days with no problems. Today while working in a couple of rendering programs. I started hearing spark sounds coming from my tower. Very subtle sounds, that you can barely hear. But I never heard it before at all. Should I check my cpu again, cause I specifically remember following directions right when putting in the cpu, thermal paste included.

Not a good sound, give the insides a good visual and look for loose connections or frayed wiring. Make sure no wires ect are catching on the fans. If no obvious sign i personaly would strip it down, inspect all hardware including motherboard, inspect cables for damage then re build. Its a pain but better safe than out of pocket. Also make sure all board standoffs are in the correct place.
