SPARKLE PCI Express x 1 Graphics Cards

A year ago, Sparkle announced a new series of graphics cards based on the GeForce 210, GT220 and GT240 chips. Most importantly, these cards have a
PCI Express x 1 interface. See this link.

I've been trying for a year to get some information out of Sparkle as to where I can purchase these cards. In particular, I am looking for the SXT2401024S3LENM.

The two UK suppliers that Sparkle quote on their web site, Spire Technology Ltd and Target Components, cannot supply them and are not able to get any information about these cards.

Sparkle-USA cannot help me and Sparkle-Europe just will not respond to my emails.

I have written a letter, yes a real letter, to Sparkle in Taiwan six months ago. I've heard absolutely nothing back.

Finally, I resorted to contacting Mike Jennings, a journalist from PC Pro magazine who was very helpful in establishing that Sparkle are indeed manufacturing these cards but was unable to find out where I could obtain them.

So, this is pretty much my last ditch attempt in trying to get hold of the SXT2401024S3LENM

Can anyone help please?
