Question SPD blank after enabling XMP ?

Hi,
recently I updated my PC hardware, and check CPUZ 1st time so it showed SPD information about my Memory but after I Enable XMP from Bios and check it a few days later after that it showed a blank like this. after that, I try many ways to check even though I use AIDA64 Extreme its also showing blank SPD information,
what is exactly the meaning?

check the speed in BIOS itself
eventually update aida and cpu-z to the latest version as well as the BIOS itself if not up to date
