Speaker Buzzing sound

I've read all the posts i could have so far and still haven't found the solution. My Computer speakers are making a consistent buzz sound everytime i plug them into my computer. I can plug the same speakers into my phone and have them play without any disruption and i've tried to move the speakers away from everything that could interfere and it the buzzing sound was still there and i think i picked up some radio signals cause i heard music coming through very faintly. I can use older speakers on my computer without any buzzing whatsoever. Any help would be much appreciated

Have you tried changing the location of the speakers (and more importantly amp) and different speaker cables (shorter ones)?

I did, i moved the whole setup away from where it was and plugged only the speakers in and it still was buzzing. I ended up getting a new audio cable and everything is fine now. Maybe it was just a connector problem. But i thought it ruled that out. Thanks for the help though!

Are the computer and speakers connected on the same ground? It's definitely possible to get static if they are on different grounds (i.e. computer has UPS but speakers are connected to the wall. )

I plugged them into two different power strips (both plugs on the same strip each time) and it still made the noise. I went to different outlets in my room too.
