Where does it go for asrock b450 pro4

It is the connector directly next to the other system header. Connector 15 in the manual. Only has the power LED and speaker on it. (3-pin for the LED, and 4-pin for the speaker)

Probably doesn't matter for the speaker, but generally the Red or positive wire would go to the +5V. If it is all black and unlabeled, put it in the way you like the look of.

Typically marking on a black wire might also mark the negative wire with a white stripe or repeated dashing in white.

5V+ should be the pin closest to the center of the motherboard. Or if oriented with the CPU at the top, the left side. Should be next to an empty pin.
