Hi. I want a speaker for my personal computer at home. I have a budget of 200 dollars max. Can you give me some recommendations?

Solution
GAMING IMMERSION LESS ABOUT MUSIC

Logitech Speaker System Z313/Z323/Z333 $40, $50, $60

-Sound quality is good enough for the price ranges, each step gives a little more power with an added feature.
-Z313/Z323 Lack of decent high and high mid response due to no actual tweeters leaves music filling deflated.
-Z333 is the better for bass but high Mids are still less dynamic "ie muddled"
-All break up at higher volumes, the Z333 tends to sound a little better though in all ranges of volume.

Cyber AcousticsCA-3810 $75

+Deep and heavy bass far more than anything under $100.
-Mids and High ranges are roughly the same as the Z323
-Distorts at high volumes

Logitech Speaker System Z533 $80

+Moderate upgrade over the Z333...
I never give recommendations but to help the others:
How much space do you have ?
Do you want surround sound? 5.1 or 7.1?
Should the speakers be able to rattle the windows?
Do you have a color preference?
Do they need to be round or square?
Where will you connect them and how far away will they be?

and many more options are available.

Thats ceartinly alot :) Im new to this so i hope you dont mind. Im ok with 2.1' or just 2.0. I dont mind the shape i just dont want its design to be weird. Something noormal looking like z333 or z533 etc. Theyll be pretty close to my computer and not that much apart from each other so cable lenght is not that much of a problem. And It'll be good if the color is black or white. I don2t think space will be a problem.

You did not really answer some important questions like usage and what type of sound do you like. You like Dr Dre or Mozart? Games mostly or games and music equally, or music mostly? Want clarity and accuracy or bass and "fun" sound? $200 covers a large range of options.
The Logitech speakers you listed are lower end with smaller satellites, so you are looking for that design but better quality or something bookshelf sized is OK?

Klipsh ProMedia are probably the best all-around setup for a decent price https://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-ProMedia-Certified-Computer-Speaker/dp/B000062VUO For just music there are some better setups with powered bookshelf speakers.
