Okay so, I have these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-MX-J630-230Watts-Bluetooth-Facility/dp/B00U2XLTLE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479404681&sr=8-1&keywords=samsung+hifi
they are 230 watts but the output wattage is apparently 115 watts

I want to change these speakers for something that is a lot more powerful with volume and bass
I've been looking for these https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00TTYOG9Y/ref=psdc_560876_t1_B00U2XLTLE
The output wattage is 275 watts.
What is the difference? Does this mean that they are only 140 watts better or are the ones I'm looking at actually 600 watts?
Please explain

I would recommend getting a set with a sub-woofer. Mid to high frequencies take much less wattage to reproduce than bass frequencies. In systems with sub-woofers the largest portion of the wattage is assigned to the sub. Most of the wattage ratings you see are for peak output which is usually hit only sporadically for hard volume transients. I would think a system with a 100 watt RMS sub-woofer and 50 watts for the mids and highs should sufficiently bother the neighbors.
