I have the Edifier Luna Eclipse and a few months ago they became extremely quiet. Their max volume now is quieter than it use to be with the volume set at 20. There are no drivers to install fore these speakers. I have already reinstalled windows. Also I never turned the volume up past 30 so I don't see how it could have blown out. Both speakers work but they are EXTREMELY quiet.

Powered speakers like yours have power supplies attached to them. Like all electronics, stuff fails. If it's under warranty get it replaced, if they aren't buy a new power brick for them.

THE power supply details are printed right on the power brick, they're 10-15 bucks for a generic. Take a picture of the label and post it to Imgur or something and I'll link you one up.
Idk what the problem is. I dont even think mine are bluetooth. I have never connected them bluetooth and they ise to always work perfectly. Then one day i turn on my pc and its EXTREMELY quiet. Its so annoying and stupid. Makes me feel like i wasted $200

I have connected them via bluetooth on my phone but it makes no difference. On my pc when i try to use bluetooth they dont even show up. I read the maual that comes with the speakers. Theres nothing in there that helps

Based on the symptoms you have given me this is the only diagnosis I can make. It is still possible the amp is fried inside the speakers (this is far less likely), however this step should be inexpensive and conclusive. It will work or won't, it won't make anything worse and I can guarantee that power adapters are easily matched up.

So your choice is to do nothing about it, or do something about it that's low cost.
