Speakers bad feedback / Static Noise

Just got these new speakers they are the ,

Logitech Z333 Multimedia Speakers

really nice speakers but just have a really bad feedback static noise its really doing my nut in , can anyone help? heres a video with the sound

Apparently the link to your video doesn't work. Can you please pass on your full systems specs including your OS? Have you made sure your drivers are up to date? If you're based off of Windows 10 and run a system powered by the ALC chip courtesy of Realtek then you'll be upset to learn that that has become a common occurrence while on the aforementioned OS. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the audio drivers found on Realtek's site though it may or may not bring about much change or no change at all.
