Question Speakers without 'headphone volume limit' ?

I got a new monitor with no speakers, and no audio-out. My last monitor was a PHILLIPS 'TV'. Its audio out allowed me to turn the volume way up, even on the headphones.

With the new 'PC monitor' , when watching a movie or playing a game on my PS4 I put the headphones in the controller, I max the volume in system settings, and it stops at the 'headphone volume safety limit'. This also happens on my PC, if I plug headphones into my cheapo logitech PC speakers.

So I'm looking for some USB or bluetooth speakers to connect to my PS4, where I can put a headphone jack in and crank it up with the normal speaker range and not cut me off.

I do want the speaker with headphone option instead of just either one

So is there any way to know what speaker to order that won't have this limitation?

On PC I just have a $20 set of Logitech speakers. z150.

I'm using the wired apple earbuds.

I know there are a lot of earphone options but I have heart issues, poor circulation, and I'm prone to overheating, and the over-ear earphones are too hot on my head.

That's part of why I'm wondering about a speaker as an 'in between' to give me the volume, that I can then put the smaller buds into.

A long time ago I had an old pair of Creative Speakers where I could put the earphones in and crank it up as described, but then with the Logitech speakers there's a cap. So I know it's possible.

So I'm wondering how to tell which speakers will have this problem or not. Assuming there's a way.

I saw this newer Creative speaker on amazon, which looks great for the speakers option, but it has no headphone jack. It mentions 'amplifier', is that the feature I'm looking for??
