Spec Ops: The Line not working as fast as it should

Hello, I am currently running on a A10-5750M Processor and a R9 M290X GPU with 8GB SO-DIMM RAM. I used This website to see if I could run it before I bought the game, and stated I my specs were above the recommended. Although, despite this, The game runs very slowly and the mouse lags a LOT. Was the website wrong or is there something I need to do to make my PC work better?

no the website is not wrong your built is way overkill for that game .... there must be something wrong with your system or the game has some bugs what psu are u using ??

this system is a laptop and it could have some issue i would check if it not overheathing and try with one sodimm module only .

It's a laptop so I don't have a PSU, but I do have a 9-cell Lithium Ion battery, if that helps.

ohh yes .....anyway i had played the line in core 2 duo 2 gb ram and 6670 gpu in almost maximum gfx so there is no chance that u will get that kind of lag ....update your drivers ....

I took a picture of my PC temperatures when I used a lot of it for a minute or so.

Wait, there it says that my GPU is a 8650G, which if you look at my model, is not true. Why is this?

you need to dust off the system with a can of compresser air specialy the fan and vent they could be clogged with dust .the other thing you have a bill that prove it was the one with the r9 290x when you bought it then print that page report where is said the radeon 8650g and ask for the model you bought or for a full refund .

if u have the warranty take it to a service center dont try to open it by yourself u may complicate things...

I face this problem too. If I right, your Laptop should be MSI GX60 or GX70 that some games can run by using on-board GPU, not your R9.
The solution is to setting on your switchable gpu to use High performances gpu on specopstheline.exe. This solution works on me (My laptop is MSI Z70 with R9 m290x same as yours)
