Speccy help? (please read)

Hi! Could somebody tell me if I have to multiply x2 the RAM speed given in Speccy? I have an AMD Lenovo Y700 Gaming Laptop with 8GB DDR3 Dual channel RAM at 1600 MHz . Speccy reports it at 798 MHz, though. Is that normal?
Thanks! PS: task manager reports the speed as 800mhz. Am I still fine?
