My son has full use of his right hand and arm, however, on his left hand he only has the use of his pointer finger and thumb, the others are atrophied and don't work. Additionally, his left wrist and elbow are locked and don't rotate.
What he's been asking me for I can't seem to find, and it may not even exist.
He plays a lot of shooter games, and what he'd like to do is use his mouse in his right hand strictly for aiming and shooting, and some kind of other controller that he can just rest his left palm on to move around (up down left right etc)...
Has anyone heard of anything like this out there?

Solution
The closest thing that comes to mind offhand might be the Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard
There are some drawbacks such as the joystick being very touchy (that can be adjusted), the keys wouldn't need to be used unless convenient.
I tried looking for micro joysticks but found none (during my limited search) that would be easily used
