Specific 2x8GB kit recommendations

I have 2x4GB of CAS8 DDR3-1600 now. I only have two slots, and want a 2x8GB kit. I'd like suggestions, one a low-budget (e.g. <$100) and one perhaps up to $130. I anticipate mild overclocking only, once I've replaced my stock cooler.
My two requirements are that it should be low-profile, and voltage for advertised timings (including XMP) must be 1.5V or less (which allows a little more for the overclocking).

You should check your motherboard manufacturer's website for kits which have been tested for compatibility with your motherboard. Most manufacturers have have an approved memory list.

The Asus Maximus VII Impact supports a wide variety of memory modules. I'm looking for the "best" within various budgets (possibly a good deal someone has found), not just something that is compatible (which is easy enough)
