Specific help plugging wires into MSI z97 gaming 7 mobo..

I am flipping through the manual and everything and i cant figure out where to plug what when it comes to things like the power/reset buttons and HDD led buttons, etc.. I am trying to hook up everything on this motherboard and the case is antect 900... has anyone dealt with this specifically? Can you give me detailed instructions on how i should plug in everything right? I might need help on basically all wiring.. i have the cpu fan plugged in.. i have the back 2 fans hooked together and the front two hooked together (i believe they are molex plugs?).. Those both go directly to the PSU right? I just need to know where to plug what specifically. Thank you

The main thing is to make sure the 24 pin main motherboard AND the 8 pin EPS/CPU connectors are on.

Your case cables will have writing on them to show you what goes to what from the case front panel connector on the mobo for leds, hdd, pwr sw, reset

The last lot of connections will be detailed on your motherboard manual. There'll be a diagram.
