Ok so I am building a gaming PC. I have been doing the research for over a year and at first I wanted to go with an AMD build because it was cheaper. But now I have settled for an intel build but I am unsure of which motherboard to get (see below). These are the components I am buying:
Processor: i7-3770k Ivy-Bridge 3.5gHz (3.9gHz Turbo) Locally available new for $220!
RAM: G. Skills Ripjaws X Series 16GB (8 x 2)
Computer Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-I Full Tower Gaming Case
Power Supply: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro Hybrid 850W Intel ATX 12V V2.3 GOLD
Internal Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM SATA 6GB/s Hard Drive
SSD: Sandisk 128GB 2.5" SATA III Solid State Drive (SSD)
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 FTW+ 4GB GDDR5 Video Card (This seems to be better than the gtx 680, it has more memory and its clocked just as fast and its cheaper!)
Total Cost: $1,135 **NOT INCLUDING THE MOTHERBOARD**
With Motherboard, estimated cost is: $1,350 which isn't too bad
Now the two Motherboards I am deciding between are these two:
Choice 1:
ASUS Maximus V Gene LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Choice 2:
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard (With Thermal Armor)

They both seem very good but I cannot decide which one. I was leaning towards the ASUS SABERTOOTH, but I want a final opinion.
Nextly, what do you guys think of my build? I think it is very good but should I add/change anything?
Should I get a CPU cooler?
Will this build be loud? How should I quiet it up?
These are some of the extra components I am getting for the computer. These are not necessary immediately but I would like to get them in the future:

So what are your thoughts? How long do you think my build will be able to last me in the future?
Is this not a awesome build? Will I be able to max out the latest games on ultra settings? Please and thank you!
