Most applications, including games, provide some listing of required hardware specs in the form of "minimum", "recommended", and "best".
You do not want "minimum" and you do want as much "best" as you can afford.
Check the hardware requirements for all four games (and others) that you play.
Plan your specs accordingly.

If you are streaming, i am guessing you might want to have the graphics settings turned on to the max?
4k consumes a lot of VRAM. So i would suggest the RTX 4080 if you want ray tracing.
But you can save some cash by going with 7900XT:
