[SOLVED] Spectrum Internet Running 1/4 Speed

I've had Spectrum internet for a while now, and I've noticed an increase from 20-30 ping on average to 60-80 over the past few weeks. I did several speed tests, and despite having the 200mbps plan, I get just over 60 download and just 12 upload. I've tried rebooting my router and modem separately and at the same time, and it got me a whole 2 extra megabits on download. Anyone got ideas on how to fix this? It's pretty much unplayable with that much ping.

Connect a system straight to the modem and see what you get. If you're still not getting 200, boot a linux live cd on the system and test again. If you're still not getting the speeds, call spectrum.
