WindowsXP does not have a speech program. Or is this a Tablet?

As Frank mentioned, regular XP (pro or home on a desktop) does not include
speech to text capabilities. If you install a program that includes its own
speech to text mechanisms, then you will have this feature available.

Both Office XP and Office 2003 include speech to text support. It is an
optional component. Run Office setup again to add it. When the Office setup
screen appears, choose to Add/Remove Office Components. Select speech to
text from the list of available components and Office setup will do the
rest.

The Office help file contains directions for using this feature.

Oops. Sorry. I see you already have trained a speech program. If it the one
from Office, see the Office Help files to use it. If it is the one included
with WinXP for Tablet PC, see Frank's post.
