"Speed and Duplex" Option locked to Auto Negotiation?

Well the options in device manager>network adapter> advanced options> Speed and Duplex should look like this:

But mine looks like this:

Anybody know what to do to fix this/change the speed?

Update your network card drivers or switch network cards as yours might not suppourt more options

Updating the drivers game me more options, selecting each of them didn't fix my problem of only getting 10Mbps though.
I guess I have to buy another netword card/adapter then. Will any of the ones which say 10/100 Mbps support speeds of up to 100Mbps?
