speed and duplex settings not found

i have a intel dual band wireless-AC 7260 netowrk adapter
my dc net was giving very low speed so i checked for the solutions and they said change the speed and duplex settings.. but i went into the advanced tab of network adapter properties but the settings is nowhere to be found..

The speed/duplex is a ethernet concept. Wireless works similar but these are negotiated between the router and the nic card. Wireless always runs half duplex which is why it does not tolerate a large number of users well.

There are other things you can change on wireless but generally the problem is always interference from neighbors. Your best bet is to find channels not being used but it tends to be extremely hard since many of the newest 802.11ac routers can use all the channels available for a single house.
