Speed and web cam problem with my HP Window Vista Notebook!

Hello guys!

I got this problem with my HP Window Vista notebook internal webcam. I bought it for over $650 and i have used it for about a year now. It still very new but one thing i don't really like from it is that the speed is very slow that i can not even manage. Recently, when i try to turn it on, the webcam couldn't display any more. I have tried all i could but still no solution. Any help on how to upgrade the speed and web cam problem will be highly appreciated.

Probably a ton of stuff on there running from programs you installed, spyware, viruses, etc...

If you have backups of your files and settings, run the recovery procedure to bring the laptop back to factory build, copy your files back.
