Speed Control on Molex Fans?

So my southbridge and GPU are getting really hot and the fan i have on them was what used to be a 3-pin which i modded to be able to plug into molex due to not having any fan connectors left. Any solutions?

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8120 3.89GHz
GPU: GTX 660
MoBo: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
PSU: TESLA 500W

You cant.
Molex fans (and most 3 pin fans, some motherboards support voltage control) run at max speed.
