Has anyone seen the latest speedrun for Unreal? It's currently clocked at
49:18 (but is on Easy difficulty).

I haven't completely downloaded the movie yet (my primary connection is
dial-up), but completing almost every map within 1-2 minutes is suprising.

Yeah, I watched the whole thing on Monday.
Sure, I know it's a speed run, but I was still offended when the player
left the Vortex Rikers and didn't stop for 5 minutes to enjoy the
scenery 😀

😀 I hear you brother. I must have spent two hours exploring the lush
area outside Vortex Rikers. Oh, and the music that went with it-- brilliant!

Life is journey, not a destination. So stop running.

Just the thought of the Unreal music sends me all misty eyed. What a
great game : maybe not for the quake heads, but anyone who doubts what
Unreal bought to the gaming table has little, if any, judgement worth
listening to IMO.´

Just saw it it and wow! I didn't know you were able to do jumps with the
ASMD rifle.

Reminds me about how better Unreal 2 should have been.

Much as I enjoyed Unreal 2, you're quite right. Not a patch on the
ambience of the original.

That video is nothing short of amazing.
