Speed difference when using lan port 2 instead of port 1 on router

I have a router with 4 lan port, usually i use the lan port 1 for my laptop because when using wifi i get only 20mbps while getting 100mbps when wired, but when i plug the lan cable to the 2nd,3rd, and 4th i only get 10mbps.

Did you notice this when plugging in a different device or the same laptop? If it is a different device then it is possible the network card is limited to 10MBS check this by going to device manager > right click your network adapter > properties > Advanced > then click speed and duplex.
