Speed.exe has stopped working for nfs

I have installed NFS MW but when I try to play the following error occur: Speed.exe has stoped working and also having problem in LAN Gaming sach as any systems could'nt connect Host system.........it's showing connecting but not connect..............

Is it a legit copy?
