Speed fan does not work

Just downloaded Speed Fan and it does not recognize ANY of my fans or voltages. I really need to speed up my CPU fan speeds as my AMD athlon 64 x2 6000 3.00ghz is running under full load at around 60 to 65 degrees. I cannot access the BIOS during start up as my usb keyboard does not activate until the login screen. I do not have a ps2 port. How can I access my CPU fan speeds either on Speed fan or any other program?

Your USB keyboard should work at bios screen. What motherboard you have are you using a dell or some other pre built?

Yes I have a Dell Dimension C521 and it is the Original MOBO. (i dont know what kind of MOBO it is only that it has a nvidia chipset.) the items i upgraded are as follows 4gbs of ddr2 ram, amd athlon 64x2 6000 3.00ghz, scythe shrunken cpu cooler, Ultra LSP 650watt ATX ps and a EVGA 9800gt.

And no the key board does not function untill I get to the login screen.

dell motherboards dont allow you to adjust fan speeds

Then how can I adjust fan speeds? Like I said, speed fan does not recognize any of my fans or voltages or speeds. Is there another program that I can use since I cant change the fans speed in the Bios?
