Speed fan?

So I downloaded speed fan because my computer have been restarting lately, and temp 2 is 127c why is it so hot can someone explain me temp 2 or/and a solution to this problem

Remove your heatsink, clean it thoroughly, reapply thermal paste, and re-seat it. This will help your problem.

While you're in the case, tidy up your cables and make sure everything is getting solid airflow.
