[SOLVED] speed spikes passing set over clock

i had hardware monitor running for around a couple hours (after running prime 95 2-3hours) and i noticed that the my speeds spiked at some point pass the 4.1ghz with 1.35v(going to clock it further) that i set it to. is this a bug in HW monitor or is this something i should be concerned about.
im using ryzen master if that helps any

Must be a bug, no way it can go all cores to 4.5GHz. Use HWInfo program, it's more accurate.
