Speed up laptop with AMD E1-2500 Dual Core Processor

Hello,

I've got an old laptop with 4GB of RAM and AMD Dual Core E1-2500 CPU running at default 1.4Ghz on Windows 10. I would like to speed up the CPU a bit through overclocking or other methods but I am not sure how exactly to accomplish this.

My goal is to run Chrome a little faster, have pages render a bit faster, and perhaps be able to play YouTube videos at 720p without lag.

Have you got any recommendations about speeding up my system?

Things i've tried so far:

• 
  AMD OverDrive but it does not support my CPU
  Set windows to "optimize for performance"
  Uninstalled any unnecessary software

Sorry, but it's not built to overclock. Most laptops can't be overclocked due to thermal constraints. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to speed up this old, low power laptop. Save up some money and buy a new laptop.
